DAY FIVE: favourite movie
Two in a row since I missed yesterday, whoops.
500 Days of Summer - starring Joseph Gordon-Levitt and Zooey Deschanel.

I first saw the movie in the Summer of 2009, so during Summer 2010, my family took a road trip down to LA - the film’s setting and legitimate filming location. It seemed like the best opportunity to go check out the locations so I dragged my brother and my cousins along - the image above is from the park where Tom’s bench is in downtown LA.
I’ve seen the movie over and over again, and surprisingly, I can’t get tired of it. It’s really got that indie feel - haha, it is an indie film after all. A boy meets girl story, but I didn’t expect to see what I did. It’s artsy, different, honest yet, hilarious and clever. There are scenes where I literally found myself laughing long afterward. The movie doesn’t just focus on this little love story, but it has a really interesting focus on the city of LA itself (kinda like Ferris Bueller’s Day Off with the city of Chicago). I love it. Furthermore, the soundtrack for the movie, …wow. Check it out!
DAY FOUR: top celebrity crushes!
This one is for yesterday (Christmas) - it appears as though I’ve skipped it.
